Project goals: The main goal of the conference is to promote the use of open licenses and open data. We aim to create a dialogue between experts and students who might benefit from free access to data and to target some of the issues that prevent the usage of and contribution to open data.
The event is supported by the the Government Office of Estonia in collaboration with the National Foundation of Civil Society, European Union under the European Regional Development Fund (ASTRA project of Estonian Literary Museum EKMDHUM, the Centre of Excellence in Estonian Studies).
