The conference will take place at the National Library of Estonia (Tõnismägi 2, Tallinn).
Due to its convenient location in the centre of Tallinn and a wide range of conference rooms and services, the National Library is a unique venue for holding different events. The Library can be easily accessed by car, by public transport and on foot. It is only a short walk away from the Old Town.
We offer comfortable and stylish conference rooms and modern technical facilities. The Conference Centre is located on the ground and first floor of the Library with an adjoining spacious foyer and a catering complex. Most of the conference sessions will be held in the Main Conference Hall.
Conference participants can enjoy a variety of exhibitions in the galleries of the National Library. On 6-7 December, the selling exhibition of Estonian applied art invites to view and purchase pottery, leatherwork, design jewellery and textiles made and sold by Estonian artists.
The conference dinner on 5 December will take place in restaurant Olde Hansa, located in the Old Town. The medieval restaurant Olde Hansa is the home of a rich merchant, whose guests enjoy delicious, authentic Hansa-era meals and drinks, true period music and always friendly service. All of the dishes on the menu, including many wild game delicacies, are cooked using 15th century recipes and methods. Medieval musicians delight the guests every night of the week except Mondays.
The location of the conference reception on 4 December will be specified.
