Data will not be passed on to third parties without the explicit agreement of the participant. Please note that during the conference pictures and videos will be taken by the Organisers and will serve as part of the overall Conference communications via social media channels and website. Pictures and video recordings created by the Organisers are shared under the CC(4.0)-BY licence. Cancellation and Refund Policy I accept the cancellation and refund policy (see below)(required) Cancellation received by October 1, 2022: full refund except for the administration fee EUR 5. No refund will be paid for cancellations made after October 1, only replacements are possible without charge. There will be no refund for no-shows. Please note that for organisational reasons, all possible refunds will be made after the Conference. All refunds will be made at the exchange rate applicable on that date. The Organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from alterations in exchange rates. To receive your refund, please send your complete coordinates and full bank account details to The Organisers no later than on October 9 at conference@dh.org.ee.
